Season pass applications must be mailed with full payment
and a photo of each applicant to:

Photo should show applicant's face, 1 - 2 cm in diameter.
The smallest size school photos are ideal, but any photo
will do.
If there is more than one applicant in your family, please
write each person's name on the back of the photo.
• Limit of 2 adult passes per family
• Family members must be direct legal family, living
in one household
• Applicant's age is determined as of Dec 31, 2011
Passes purchased and submitted with photos before the Early Bird deadline will be
ready for pick-up after Nov. 15 at:

(between the Bakery and Flexus)
Note: Chain Reaction will not accept payment for
passes
"Pre-Season" Passes will be ready for pick-up at the Rental Shop on Opening Day
• All applicants must sign a "Release of Liability"
prior to obtaining their pass.
• Parent or guardian must sign on behalf of children
under the age of 19.
• "Release of Liability" forms available
at Chain Reaction.
Single or multi-day lift tickets can also be purchased.
